Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Thakaa Chat platform, operated by Thakaa Intelligence [registered legal name, e.g. ... LLC] (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.

1. Your account

  • You must give accurate information and keep your password secure.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account.
  • You must be authorised to act for the business you register.

2. Your content

  • You keep ownership of the documents, instructions and logos you upload. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you.
  • You confirm you have the right to upload this content and that it doesn't break any law or anyone else's rights.
  • Don't upload sensitive personal data (e.g. health or financial records) to documents.

3. Your website visitors

When you add the chatbot to your website, you are responsible for its use there, including telling your visitors that they are chatting with an AI assistant, explaining in your own privacy policy how their chats are handled, and obtaining any consent the law requires. We process your visitors' chats on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. AI answers

Answers are generated automatically by AI from your documents and can be incomplete or wrong. Review your chatbot's answers, keep your documents accurate, and don't use the chatbot as the only source for decisions with legal, medical, financial or safety consequences. You are responsible for the information your chatbot gives your customers.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the platform to:

  • break any law, or mislead, harass or harm anyone;
  • try to access other businesses' data, or test or bypass our security;
  • overload the service, or resell it without our written permission.

6. Fees

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change or improve features, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes.

8. Suspension and closing your account

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. After closure we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

10. Governing law
